COSMOPOLITAN

 

Combine 2 parts vodka with 3 parts Finest Call® Cosmopoliton. Mix over ice in a rocks glass, stir and garnish.  How easy is that!!!

POISONED APPLE
 
For those people out there who prefer their Jagermeister without the usual energy drink, Daniel created this cocktail for a Halloween party where it went down a storm.
 
1 shot Jagermeister
1 shot Blue Curacao
Juice of half a lime
Apple Juice
 
Fill glass with ice add Jagermeister, Blue Curacao and lime and top up with Apple Juice.

GUSTY GINGER

I love this one, Daniel created it for a cocktail competition which he won, if you like ginger you'll love this.

50ml Havana Club Anejo 3 years
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Combier Syrup De Gomme
Apple juice to top
Dash of Orange Bitters
Approx 1 inch cube of fresh stem ginger or
   1 tsp of pureed ginger

Muddle ginger in a shaker (if using fresh), add ice and all other ingredients (except for Apple Juice), shake until frosted, fine strain into an ice filled Collins glass, top up with Apple Juice, garnish with slices of apple and sprig of mint.

MIDORI PUNCH

I call this Kermit in a Liquidiser due to its green colour with red undertones, it tastes gorgeous, great for those people who have a sweet tooth and the colours are great for a Halloween drink.

50ml Midori
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Strawberry Syrup
150ml Pineapple Juice

Add all ingredients except Strawberry Syrup to an ice filled shaker, shake until frosted and strain into an ice filled Collins glass.  Gently pour Strawberry Syrup so that it sinks to the bottom of the glass, this is best achieved by placing a bar spoon in the glass and pouring down the length of the handle.  Garnish with pineapple and a Maraschino Cherry (£6.00 for a 950g jar).
